Folks who are used to these devices often know the little hacks that help them work right. Without that info, it can get pretty frustrating. Cameron guided me through the proper wiring to set everything up. He even stuck around to help me figure out the confusing symbols on the software, plus he shared links to the software that actually did the trick. Now, I'm back to working on a project I had put on hold for a year. I gotta say, Solid Apollo is a prime example of 'you get what you pay for.' Any other supplier would have just shipped the gear and told me to 'look it up on YouTube.'
